Unable to access app details for certain apps

_apiproduct_catalog_editable_api_products() uses a view "api_product_dashboard" which has a limit of 10 products.

access funciton returns false since not all products are in the first 10 in the list.

Needs a fix.

clone the view and remove the pager from the clone, then use that view in the access check?

I think I may have removed the pager from the view.
