usecase :

  1. le user [email protected] pose une question
  2. le user [email protected] répond > une notification en attente est enregistré pour [email protected]
  3. le user [email protected] répond > sa notification en attente passe à l'état lue > pas d'email envoyé

benefice
pour la vue des notifications future, nous gardons la trace de la notif à l'état lue
