May have a problim witn saves

Hi can you please look in to the possibility that in the latest version of the editor for BL2 1.0.46 might be corrupting the save location in windows 10. The game will not save over / update the previous one. I had a long bought with 2K 2 times we think it is fixed and it returns after I mod my save this is the warning I got when I tried to start my steam game, I know it is hard to read sorry. This affects all BL2 saves all versions of the game and providers ( Steam/epic ) and all BL games forum BL1 to BLPS. I hope that you can help I like your editor it is vary user friendly.
I am using windows 10 vr 21H1 no other mods in use. My PC meats all game requirements for best play.
