Hovering over any icon causes it to magnify and or dissapear. #162

I tried going into the registry editor, completely deleting the program and re-installing it ( to no avail), and also tried on my other PC and the issue does not occur on it. I also tried the file settings and options with troubleshooter. I'm fully stumped lol.
