Auto Calibration

I would like to ask help about how to use Auto Calibration method in the main code. I changed the autocalibration boolean value to true. But the outputs were not changing, since hom[] array elements were all 0, except hom[2] and hom[8], which might be an issue. I would like to ask if there is any step to do before activating the autocalibration and how to use it. Thanks!
