Easy automated setup for a new machine.

Steps: [Optional] 0. Open an elevated PowerShell prompt and remove PS script running restrictions: Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Force

  1. Launch boxstarter with default config by geoarion: Note: see http://boxstarter.org/WebLauncher for details on what happens upon using the following command in CMD/PowerShell or typing the URL in IE for the following C2R app to launch: START http://boxstarter.org/package/url?https://raw.github.com/geoarion/FreshSetup/master/boxstarter-config.txt

No-restart option (/nr/):
