Hiking time update 2021

Situation

chmobil changed in accordance with wanderwege hiking time calculation in chmobil
we are using the +- same approach as chmobil (see mail and issues in the past WHY we are doing it differently)

TASK

Wanderwege now do formal request us to change our formula as in https://github.com/geoadmin/mf-geoadmin3/blob/master/src/components/profile/ProfileService.js
with the one from CHMOBIL https://github.com/geoblocks/tracktime/blob/master/src/walking.js

ACTION

Adapt the formula in our code
Test the effect on our test dataset  as we did in the past 

RESULT:

we can the roll out prod
"same" results as in chmobil and no huge effects on our side
Inform Customers via closing
