Display length of each speah

At the moment we display in a plenary page:
"0:14:00 - Voorzitter - Président"

It would be cool to have the length of the intervention as well (so we can easily spot trivial interventions from interesting ones). We could have something like:
"0:14:00 - Voorzitter - Président (3 minutes)"
or maybe just, not sure, :
"Voorzitter - Président (3 minutes)"

I don't think it's worth displaying the exact length (3 minutes 17 seconds), so if the intervention is at least 1 minute we can just count the number of minutes.
