GLAD Landsate ARD 16 days format #4

Hello!

These days, using ARD images are very common. One of the datasets which could be useful to have in your list format is GLAD Landsat ARD.

https://glad.geog.umd.edu/ard/home

The code is used as a name of the Tiff files which makes it difficult to extract the information. I would be happy if I can help in this regard.
