Vocabulary Sex: value 'unknown' is excluded? #586

In this occurrence, Sex is unknown in the original data, but Sex is excluded in the data interpretation.
unknown is a hidden label of Indeterminate (page 5), wouldn't that mean that it should be converted to Indeterminate?

We are not using that vocabulary in the data interpretation yet. We plan to start using it in the coming months.
