GRSciColl- Option to create new collection under GRSciColl institution

Whenever I try to create a new collection under any institution, I have to move to the GrSciColl collections section of the registry and create one since we do not have an option to create from the institution’s collection section. I personally feel like it would have been easier to create the collection under the institution itself especially when there are multiple collections to be added. Is there a possibility we could add that option there? For reference, here is the section I am talking about.

I've added the create button. But ideally it should autofill the institution. But that is not a 30 second fix like just adding the button. So first iteration, I'll leave the issue open
