Extend pipelines to use the CoL name match service

• Create a new data pipeline to use the CoL name match service and store its response in a new Avro record.
• Modify (the key-value-store)[https://github.com/gbif/key-value-store] to add new service to store the name match response and decorate the data stored in HBase with the IUCN threat status
• Propose change to the Elasticsearch schema, this must take into consideration the indexing of multiple checklist and expanded taxonomy hierarchy.
• Evaluate the impact in the Hive table to support big downloads.
