Change header from "Data collected" to "Dataset stats"

Change measures to:
Samples
OTUs (taxa/ASVs)
Reads (total)
Singletons
OTUs per sample
Reads per sample
Read length

Give measures as mean±SD (range), e.g. 45.2 ± 3.1 (40–50). And put that in the (i): "Mean ± SD (range)"
As the term singleton is used for different things: Add (i) to Singletons: "number of OTUs observed in only one sample"
