Error message with I try to configure Gmvault

Error 400: invalid_requestThe out-of-band (OOB) flow has been blocked in order to keep users secure. Follow the Out-of-Band (OOB) flow migration guide linked in the developer docs below to migrate your app to an alternative method.Request details: redirect_uri=urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob

Also see Out-Of-Band (OOB) flow Migration Guide  |  Authorization  |  Google Developers

Note that the windows icon placed on the desktop starts gmvault-shell.bat
There is no obvious way to configure from here.

Instead, from a bat prompt, I tried
cd \Users\chuck\AppData\Local\gmvault  (The installation directory)
gmvault sync [email protected] (This will run gmvault.bat

From here it seems to go through an initial setup dialogue but I get the above error message when it tries to connect with Gmail

From reading, this product seems to do what I need however I cannot seem to make it work.
I am a new Gmvault user
Windows 10
gmvault_installer_v1.9.1

Please help

i had the same issue and could get gmvault to run using the --store-passw option which prompts interactively for the gmail account password and stores it. I had to create an APP PASSWORD in the Google Security Settings for that to work.
