What would you like to be added:
Currently shoot only support one NIC for each node, we hope it ebles to support multiple NICs with different subnet. especially in Openstack.

Why is this needed:
Due to our network design, we usually have 2 NICs in each k8s nodes, 1 used for cluster application communication and egress. the other one dedicate for storage access, like PVC/PV in Manila etc. those 2 subnet can't access each other. We hope Gardener can also support that.
