Toolshed request - add toolsuite #19105

I would find it often immensely helpful if the toolshed also included the suite the tool is part of as a metadata line, as follows:

Suite ID: scanpy
Tool ID: scanpy_plot_embed
Toolshed ID:

@bebatut It would be great to correspond Toolshed metadata with CoDex categories
