Allows to manage templates of issues, and adding them to issue description.
Follow the plugin installation procedure at http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/Plugins. Plugin requires a migration. Don't forget to run plugin migration task.
- Create templates at administration area.
- Select template on the new issue page.
- Press "Insert template" button to insert template at cursor position in the issue description.
