Dashboard Tracks Date User RSVP's and Check-In

This will be useful for a dashboard analytics page so that each hackathon can see previous year's stats if they do a database dump. I will flesh out this story once I have more of an idea of exactly how we are going to do this.

It would be nice in general to have support for the concept of "hackathons" that can happen every year within Dashboard. Similar to how HackerForce works where the yearly fields get made anew for each year... Perhaps not the best idea to structure it exactly like that, but it'd be nice to have something like that in practice
