Вот на такую штуку наткнулся https://github.com/type-challenges/type-challenges, вроде бы выглядит круто, много интересных задачек, ничего подобного я не встречал.

В идеале можно явно отсюда упражнения выделять и как рекомендацию к определенным темам делать по тс, в зависимости от грейда

Я определенно за, тк практических упражнений порой не хватает и теория быстрее забывается без них.
