Fails to open file with cyrillic symbols in path

fstl fails to open file if there are any cyrillic symbols in path, but it opens them just fine when using file - open, or drag-and-drop.

OS: Windows 7 SP1, so maybe on windows 10 it works correctly?

I don't think it really matters, since I can pick two copies of the same file and rename it. You also can try to pick any of your STL files and name it something like тестовая модель.stl.
It also doesn't matter if it is D:\фуу\bar.stl or D:\foo\бар.stl.

I'll also check on Windows 10 OS later.

Yep, fails on Windows 10 as well.
