We set sd-viewer as the default-dvm during provisioning, which is designed to be a safe/sane default (vs the networked fedora dvm default) in case the end user configures any additional VMs.
However that means two things:
The default-dvm menu entry is for sd-viewer. This may not be helpful (since we mostly open stuff in sd-viewer, as opposed to launching it the way you launch another vm)
The menu entry icon is red, we colour sd-viewer green.
There's no entry for fedora disp (since it was the default-dvm entry)
Maybe we should add one in by setting the appmenus_dispvm property
