The Eddystone-UID frame broadcasts an opaque, unique 16-byte Beacon ID composed of a 10-byte namespace and a 6-byte instance.
This does not seem to be decoded currently.

Google Beacon {'rssi': -61, 'mac address': 'f1:55:90:65:29:dc', 'instance': b'', 'tx_power': -10, 'name space': b''}

I have not got to the bottom of the issue yet so I will leave this here to highlight it to others
