Placeholder issues so we can link to the Fractal web component and start adding the needed Fractal-web features here. Goal is to allow users an easy way to test workflows on a subset of the data.

It will probably come down to having an improved copy-ome-zarr task and more flexible parallelization levels, plus some user interface parts for Fractal web to be defined here.
