Roll table entries with names from before the remaster disappear when the table is refreshed. This was tested with multiple tables both in an exiting world and in one created specifically for this purpose. This behavior happens in Foundry v12.331 with no mods enabled and has been seen with both PF2e system v6.4.1 and v6.5.0.

Many thanks to @reonZ for helping to figure out exactly what was happening.

The examples you're providing are PC2 renamed items:

Shadow Essence > Nethershade
Salamander Elixir > Cooling Elixir
Winter Wolf Elixir > Witchwarg Elixir

Those roll tables need to be updated to use the new item names.

There are many more entries than are shown in the video. I can't say for certain they are all items renamed in PC2 but it's certainly possible.
