Ranged strikes not added by Battleform REs

The 10th Rank primal spell Element Embodied imparts both melee and ranged attacks when a spellcaster transforms into the huge battle elemental form; however, the ranged attacks do not seem to add to the actions tab. The ranged attacks appear to be encoded in the JSON of the spell's "spell effect" items.
