Pick a point and set as rotation center.

I need to set the rotation center by pick a point from screen，as the V3d_View has a member function named SetAxis can be used，so I called it in GuiDocument like 'm_v3dView->SetAxis()' but seems no affect with rotation after this operation.Who knows how to use it？Help wanted.
