I think this is due to some source files using raw HTML instead of Markdown. Raw HTML is allowed to pass through in Markdown, but it seems that it is not captured by the string extraction for translation then. We can use Markdown directives to construct equivalent output without needing to use raw HTML, this would also simplify the page source significantly.
I think one should ensure the necessary permissions required to access it. Sometimes string locking or restriction may be a problem why string can't be translated
