Understanding overall benefits AND using with react-hook-form-mui

Hello. I'm exicted about this project but want to better understand it. I'm pretty new to react-hook-form in general, but it looks very promising for my usage - in Remix! So can you explain in a little more detail what advantages I will get from using this over the vanilla react-hook-form? All I really see in the docs is a generic reference to less "headache of boilerplate code".

Also, I will be using MUI, and there's a react-hook-form-mui out there too that similarly promises some boilerplate reduction. I'll take that any day! But I'm curious about how/if they can work together - one extending the other or something? Again, a concept I'm not familiar with.
