join, joinRemote, joinMulti, joinGrouped aren't very intuitive.

join -> 1-1 join in same keyspace
joinRemote -> 1-1 join in different keyspace (one key extractor for local)
joinGrouped -> 1-n join (one key extractor for remote)
joinMulti -> n-n join (two extractors for both streams)

Perhaps we can all overload the join names?
