Welcome to the sage-flatsurf wiki!
We aim to develop a nice package for translation surfaces within Sage. We start slowly by creating a general class for conical surfaces together with a fancy editor... then we will go into more serious business...
Implemented:
- Delaunay decomposition/triangulation for finite surfaces.
Wishlist:
- L-infinity Delaunay decompositions.
- Delaunay decompositions for infinite surfaces.
- In place canonicalization of surfaces.
- finding Veech group elements.
- constructing mapping tori from pseudo-Anosov elements. (Some progress through integration with Mark Bell's Flipper)
- computing saddle connections
