Tracking issue for the tasks we do in the in-memory/lighthweight mev-boost-relay that we could migrate to the mev-boost-relay repository itself.

Derive network config from the beacon chain API (here).
Mock block validation service (here).
Force validator update at startup (here).
Extensions for the in-memory db (here).
