Use Icons For Social Media Links

We can replace the existing panel with icons for the social media platforms, something like this ( image by @KacperM45440 ):

I'm thinking we make the icons a little smaller and spaced apart, and we apply a bouncy mous-over effect, similar to the existing buttons ( and maybe a little more springy ), but without the hue shift.
