Issue with Submission Links Generating "No Journal in Context" Error

We are encountering an issue with journal submissions linked to our FW account. During the submission process, an incorrect link is generated for authors. The link appears as follows: https://www.jna.uni-kiel.de/index.php/index/authorDashboard/submission/ (+submission No), which does not specify the journal name. As a result, when authors attempt to access their submissions, they receive a "No journal in context" error.
If the "index" portion of the URL is manually replaced with the journal's name, the link works correctly. For example: https://www.jna.uni-kiel.de/index.php/eaz/authorDashboard/submission/ (+submission No).

Could you please investigate this issue and provide a fix? Thank you!
