Case of login without usename

Section 5.3, there is a dialog with username. Could you consider to show the dialog without username too?
Login without username has several benefit for RPs like decreasing cost of customer center operational cost which handle inquiry regarding username.

The text in section 5.3 says "with or without having supplied a username". The case without username is covered.

For many RPs, which model to support, with-username or typeless flow, is a big deal. Since we are already saying "with or without having supplied a username" we should show the UI for both models.
