What is the bug?
When building Hubble from Source on Ubuntu EC2, there are additional dependencies that you need to install that are not documented on https://www.thehubble.xyz/intro/install.html#installing-from-source. Taken from the Dockerfile:
apt-get update && apt-get install -y python3 make g++ linux-headers-generic curl protobuf-compiler libclang-dev cmake
