Utilizar como base o código fonte que está no branch feature/base-exercicio-9

Funcionalidade: Criar uma tela para salvar as informações do restaurant.
Essa tela deve ser o menu antes do menu cardapio.
Endpoint criado para o CURD: localhost:3000/restaurant

Dados
Nome
Telefone,
Restaurante aberto ou fechado
Endereço: cep, logradouro, número, complemento, bairro, cidade
