Could you publish the multer package with a version that doesn't include a suffix? We're currently using version 1.4.5-lts.1, but some repositories have a tool that scans and ensures there is no use of development versions. This becomes problematic when using the "LTS" version. Is it possible to publish a 1.4.5 version without the -lts.1 suffix?

This project is not using Node.js semver correctly. "-lts" means "pre-release". You can't tag the version with whatever you want and expect it to be considered a release.
