Not all merges being recognized

Hi there, Revisr is working great between my live and staging sites. Took me some time to figure it out but is working a treat. I have one small problem though.

When I merge my LIVE into STAGING it only sometimes (just after merging) Revisr create's a push request in the staging site to tell Bitbucket it was merged.

The same happens when I merge staging back into master, it merges fine but there is no push request being created by Revisr after that to actually record a "merge" in the work tree.

I can't post the image here but here is a link to show you what is happening in BitBucket where merges were recorded properly because of the push request created by Revisr after a merg and also shows where I did merge's and those push requests were not created.

The merges work fine, no problem there just the record of it in the work tree. I am currently just noting the Merges myself in my commits.
