Don´t know where and how to post Solutions

Hello and sorry for my stupid question. I am very new to coding in Kotlin.
I installed Command Prompt and I have IntelliJ. And I know how to write and easy "Hello World" because I did it already using IntelliJ - but I do not understand the whole process how to solve it now using Command Prompt and how to submit the solution to your website...
I tried to read several times the HELP ME files and Working Locally files on your website - but sorry I CANNOT MAKE IT HAPPEN :((((
Can you please explain how can I doo it step by step? Because its an easy task for me, but I have been stuck for the whole day trying to figure out how to submit the solution for you...

What is the exact problem you have?

Is it running the tests using ./gradlew test or is it running exercism submit?

Please provide any error and/or concrete question you have with the commands.
