It's unfortunate that the documentation for markdown-it is not better, but this PR attempts to correct what I perceive to be a bug in the amsmath tokenizer. The
map[1]value should be, to my knowledge, the final (exclusive) line, whereas we currently produce the final (inclusive) line.
