Let people change their vote when a photo is replaced

As a corollary to #333, users should be notified visually on the site when politicians they've 'played' have had their photos replaced and be allowed to amend their selection. If they do change their selection, all prior votes should be discarded on the assumption the photo had been previously mismatched.
