feat: built in functionlity to backup and restore data

Currently user needs to manually pick and choose files and folders that needs to be backed up.

In order to simplify this process for user Desktop app could offer built in functionality that will create archive using all necessary data for backup. Restore action would then use this archive to restore user data.

Note: after feature is implemented documentation page Backup and Restore should be updated.
