Exit Validator Tutorial if Hosting Service is offline/hacked

Hello, I have often read in the general Discord chats of the hosting services e.g. Allnodes or Ethpool that there is no working guide for a validator exit via the stakingCLI tool to broadcast it. I find this problematic if there really is a large-scale hack that can last several days. How are those affected supposed to initiate an exit if the main tool does not offer this?
