I can not use --mnemonic_password option when to use deposit command

I want to generate 0x1 address with deposit command.

but when I use the command according to the manual page, I cant use [--mnemonic_password] option.
Because I used to make validator, Trezor hidden wallet, this option is needed, is this option is still valid?

below is the output, when I execute the command
