Make it more obvious which tasks to run in which order

There are a lots of different Ansible tasks in this repository. I propose that the major tasks should be prepended with their order of execution number. e.g provision_machine.yaml should be renamed to 01_provision_machine.yaml.

For all other yaml files where the execution order does not matter could potentially receive the same prepended index number.
