This release follows long-awaited major update of EthereumJ with new speedy Rocks DB (you will need to remove old DB and sync again) and other performance tweaks.
Full EthereumJ release notes are here. Most notable for Harmony is ability to skip downloading of blocks and receipts in FastSync mode, so sync time is much shorter.
Also we have few minor improvements and bugfixes including:
- Java 9 compatibility
- Added links to blocks and nodeID on first page
- Addresses created with
personal_commands are displayed on the Wallet page now. Note: only new addresses are visible. If you want to see old addresses, remove them and add again.
EthereumHarmony 2.1 Build 61
Attention: This is an important security update.
If you used Mnemonic addresses in Harmony, it's highly recommended to generate mnemonic address again with new version and move your funds from old mnemonic addresses. If you used keystore addresses, you are not affected.
Changes:
- Mnemonic phrase generation modified to use cryptographically strong secure random generation on all stages. Special thanks to Juliano Rizzo @juli for reporting this bug
- Temporarily switched to develop version of EthereumJ, which is more uptodate
- Minor bug fix
