MVP UI and UX Improvements

Background
This ticket is intended to be a catch-all for a few UI and UX improvements that we can make to the app.

Details

1. When the user first enters the app, there are lots of tabs and they have to orient themselves. We should provide a visual indication that there are essentially two steps to get going. 1. Create a Capture then 2. Create a materialization. One option for this is when a user has nothing set up, we could just show them the capture tab with larger wording than we currently have explaining to them what to do. We could go so far as to grey out the other tabs until they create a capture.
2. We should add the ability to group each entity by our folder structure.
3. Link to relevant docs from Captures, Collections and Materializations
4. Expand upon hovering over the left nav.
5. Would it be possible to make docs links a bit more obvious? I've seen people struggle to find connector documentation.

1. We should discuss this more. I think blocking folks from the app could work but is bad if someone wants to explore. But I agree we do NOT guide people at all into the application. Possibly look into a guide tour framework that we show during a first login or something.
2. Yup. There is already some progress on a tree view.
3. We have this already which is funny but not surprising folks didn't notice it. The help menu icon was used for the link that that isn't super clear. A link of "Docs" or something would probably be better.
4. We are updating this to open by default. I think opening it on hover isn't the best approach as it basically forces it on people. I'd like to see if we have it open by default if that gets folks close enough.
5. Yup... we should probably design a specific CTA that is only ever used for Doc links.

1. Cool, agreed -- forcefully blocking seems like a bad idea, but at least starting people with Captures and guiding people where to go seems like a good idea. That could be by greying other stuff out (but still remaining clickable) or more in your face guidance, etc. As you say though, a framework implementation would make the most sense.

3. Yeah, I saw it afterwards. I think all our docs are a bit weirdly hard to see for some reason right now.
4. Open by default is fine I suppose if it's collapsable. I don't love it cause it looks worse, but it's probably better for users initially.
