coverage.rst is out of date

it tells you how to integrate nose with django for coverage, which seems like a great idea, but nose has been unmaintained since 2015. there's a nose 2, but not as far as i can see a django-nose2.

if you follow those instructions you end up getting this issue nose-devs/nose#1099
