Rsync Issue > rsync error: error starting client-server protocol (code 5) at main.c(1675) [sender=3.1.3]

Hi guys

I followed all the steps and i can ssh from the plotter to the storage with no password just fine but when testing the transfer i get the error from 2 different plotters, any ideas?
