Set an environment variable with the path to the root

In at least a couple of places (komodo.show_version() and this issue in komodoenv) it would be nice to know the patH to the Komodo root, e.g. /prog/res/komodo/2022.11.02-py38-rhel7.

Currently, you'd have to detect it by reading KOMODO_RELEASE and then looking for the element of PATH containing that release.
